Looks like reply to Tom Abell was not sent on the thread (new email chain)

    Interesting, I think in your “Delegate Brain” panel you should be able to remove the “Send Emails” capability and instead only keep the “Reply emails” capability and it would only be able to reply to emails if you only want that
