Cross-Initiative Canvas Linking
I have several canvases created under different initiatives containing valuable data. I’m now starting a new initiative and need to pull data from canvases across these different initiatives. For example, in Gemini, you can add multiple tabs so that it can pull results from several sources.

pin the favorite Initiatives on the top of all Initiatives
Wow! I can now collapse and expand the canvas, which makes it much more organized. I also like the ‘See more / See less’ option in the Recent Initiatives section. Would it be possible to add a feature to pin my favorite initiatives so they always stay at the top?

Include favorite apps in this app
In the column with Activity Feed, Canvas, Brain, add an icon that allows users to include their preferred apps within your app—for example, Google Calendar, Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc. Users could expand them when needed and collapse them when not. Is it possible for Delegate to read the data opened in those apps—for example, an email, a sheet, a doc—and work with them without granting permission? That would be very interesting.

I love this feature
The canvas is a great place for me to save outcome from the chat. When I start a chat with delegate, I constantly has to keep asking question in order to get a satisfied result. I can output it to Canvas and keep it there for re-visit. This tool can be my Chrome replacement. I can do research and searhc for anything and save the result in Canvas. With this tool, I do not need Google Chrome. It is far better than Chrome. I screencapture my research about a gold driver to improve my yardage. It tell me what I need and provide links to the best price web site. I put the outcome in my Canvas.

I love this feature

Outlook Integration issue
The integration is successful. I asked delegate to send an email for me. Delegate confirmed the mail is sent and no error, but I never receive the email. So I asked Delegate to double check. It came up with the following messgae.

When I tried to integrate Outlook to One of my initiative, it asked me the reason why I give the permissions to this app from my company. I have to stop. This is a problem when corporate users want to use this. FYI
